Bringing Structure to Product Imagery
Cindovax exists to help online sellers in Malaysia present their products more consistently — through methodical AI-assisted image processing and clear documentation.
Back to HomeHow Cindovax Came Together
Cindovax started from a straightforward observation: many Malaysian e-commerce sellers take reasonable photos of their products but struggle to maintain visual consistency across a growing catalogue. Different lighting setups, varying backgrounds, mismatched scales — these small inconsistencies add up and affect how professional a listing looks to buyers.
The founding team, with backgrounds in digital imaging and e-commerce operations, saw that AI-assisted processing tools could address this gap — but only if applied through well-designed routines, not just switched on and left running. So we built a service around configuration, training, and structured review.
We're based in Kuala Lumpur and work primarily with sellers operating on Malaysian platforms. Our approach is practical: we explain what we do, show before-and-after results, and document everything so your team can take over.
What We're Here to Do
Our mission is to give e-commerce sellers in Malaysia a straightforward way to maintain consistent, well-presented product visuals — without needing an in-house photography team or expensive retouching software.
We do this by designing and configuring image processing routines tailored to each seller's catalogue, training their teams to run those routines independently, and providing ongoing review support for larger operations.
Our Team
A small team with focused expertise in digital imaging, e-commerce operations, and workflow design.
Zulaikha Ahmad
Head of Image Operations
Zulaikha designs and oversees the processing routines we configure for clients, with a background in digital imaging and visual QA for e-commerce.
Rajan Nair
Client Services Lead
Rajan manages client engagements and coordinates trial reviews, training sessions, and documentation handovers across all service tiers.
Li Ching Tan
AI Workflow Specialist
Li Ching builds and maintains the AI-assisted processing pipelines, adapting them to each client's catalogue type and output format requirements.
Our Operating Standards
Data Handling Protocol
Client image files are processed only for the agreed engagement scope and are not retained beyond that window. Data handling practices follow applicable Malaysian personal data regulations.
Output Quality Review
Every batch of processed images goes through a manual spot-check before delivery. We verify consistency across frames, backgrounds, and scaling — not just run the automation.
Written Documentation
Each engagement is accompanied by clear written documentation — what was configured, why, and how to maintain it. You're not dependent on us to understand your own workflow.
Repeatable Routines
Processing routines are designed to be run repeatedly by your team with consistent results. We build for operational independence, not dependency on our continued involvement.
Team Knowledge Transfer
Training sessions are structured so your internal staff understand the process — not just how to click buttons, but why each step matters and what to check.
Periodic Quality Reviews
For clients on the Visual Standards Programme, scheduled review cycles catch consistency drift before it becomes a catalogue-wide issue.
What We Value in Our Work
Clarity Over Complexity
AI-assisted image processing involves a number of configurable steps, but our job is to make the result straightforward for you. We explain what each parameter does, why it's set the way it is, and what to expect from the output.
Ownership by the Client
We're not interested in creating long-term dependencies. The goal of every engagement is to leave your team with the knowledge and tools to maintain image quality independently. We consider an engagement successful when you no longer need us for that workflow.
Consistency as the Standard
A single well-processed product photo is less valuable than a catalogue where every listing looks like it was prepared the same way. We design our routines around the catalogue, not just the individual image.
Transparency in Process
Before-and-after comparisons are a standard part of every trial and setup. You see the difference, in static form, before committing to any further steps. No vague promises about outputs — just results you can look at directly.
